This <strong>Issues Review</strong>, which can take anywhere from a day to a few days over a couple of weeks, helps me confirm the key issues, uncover any root causes, and begin crafting a solution – a remediation plan, growth strategy, impact improvement, or something else tailored to your needs.
Step 3 – Create a Project Proposal
The Issues Review helps us shape the right solutions for you. If you’d like to move forward together, I’ll prepare a full <strong>Project Proposal</strong>, including a straightforward fee structure.
This proposal will outline how we can collaborate to reach your goals, along with the recommended timeline and costs.
