I believe Solutions should Pay for Themselves!

These prices are much more affordable than hiring an accountant, experienced mentor, or business coach.

Additionally, the projects are designed to deliver improvements and benefits that will significantly exceed the project cost.

What pricing approach is best?

Sometimes it is easy to know what you need and estimate how long that will take, other times it is hard to immediately grapple with the extent of an issue.

I’ve noticed that hourly fees can make people a bit anxious—wondering how long the work will take and how much it might end up costing. On the other hand, hiring on retainer can feel risky too, since it’s hard to predict how much you’ll actually need and whether it’ll be worth it.

I take a three step approach to projects that are initially difficult to assess.

Step 1 – Start with a FREE Chat

Our first Chat  – a one-hour Discovery Meeting is free.

This is an opportunity for us to discuss the challenges you’re facing, spitball some potential actions.

You’ll likely walk away with one or two actionable steps to help reduce your stress immediately.

And we begin to uncover if we’re a good working fit for your project

Step 2 – Complete an Issues Review

If you decide to move forward, the next step is an Issues Review

I’ll provide a set price and initial outline of work  based on the scope we discuss in our initial meeting.

This review, which can take anywhere from a day to three or four days over a couple of weeks, allows me to confirm the issues, uncover underlying causes, and start developing a path forward which may be a remediation plan, growth strategy, impact improvement, or another tailored approach.

Step 3 – Create a Project Proposal

The Issues Review forms the basis of developing your solutions, so from here if you want to work together to implement the solutions I’ll present a complete Project Proposal with a clear fee structure

This is a document outlining how we can work together to achieve your goals, and what the recommended time-frames and costs will be.
