Where to Start?
Realising you need assistance can feel daunting. Navigating the search for help can also be challenging.
You are in the right place….
How to find support for your not-for-profit business…
Sometimes it is easy to know what you need and estimate how long that will take, other times it can be harder to grapple with an issue.
I’ve noticed that hourly fees can make people a bit anxious — wondering how long the work will take and how much it might end up costing. On the other hand, hiring on retainer can feel risky too, since it’s hard to predict how much you’ll actually need and whether it’ll be worth it.
I take a three step approach to projects to ensure you get the most efficient and cost effective way forward.
Step 1 – Start with a FREE Chat
Our first Chat – a one-hour Discovery Meeting is free.
This is an opportunity for us to discuss the challenges you’re facing, spitball some potential actions.
You’ll likely walk away with one or two actionable steps to help reduce your stress immediately.
And we begin to uncover if we’re a good working fit for your project
Step 2 – Complete an Issues Review
Based on our initial meeting, I’ll give you a set price and a work outline.
This Issues Review, which can take anywhere from a day to a few days over a couple of weeks, helps me confirm the key issues, uncover any root causes, and begin crafting a solution – a remediation plan, growth strategy, impact improvement, or something else tailored to your needs.
Step 3 – Create a Project Proposal
The Issues Review helps us shape the right solutions for you. If you’d like to move forward together, I’ll prepare a full Project Proposal, including a straightforward fee structure.
This proposal will outline how we can collaborate to reach your goals, along with the recommended timeline and costs.
Once you’re happy and sign off, we’ll begin working together to unlock your spectacular success!
Eve is the first consultant I’ve worked with who truly earns my complete trust and consistently prioritizes my best interests.
More than once Eve referred us to Fred, Kunal, or Keira – whenever there is a situation where someone else in her vast network can meet our needs faster and more cost-effectively – she is always delighted to connect us up.
With her busy schedule, she prioritises getting us exactly what we need rather than just billing us more work.

Below are listed some common challenges faced by non-profits, associations, and charities.
– If your issue is showing, rest assured I’ve successfully addressed it once (or twice, or more) and will find the right solution.
– If you have something else that is causing trouble, I will also get to the root cause and create better a way forward.
